These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, products, and services provided by Fit Boots International Limited (“Fit Boots,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you.
You must be the age of majority in your state/province to use the site or purchase, or have consent from a legal guardian. Keep your account info accurate and secure.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we ship the order and send a shipping confirmation.
Cancellations/limits. We may refuse, cancel, or limit quantities per person/household/order (e.g., suspected resellers, fraud, pricing or stock errors). We’ll notify you via the contact details on the order.
Taxes. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Installments. If you pay via Affirm/Klarna/Shop Pay Installments, their terms apply in addition to ours.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (see “Policies” in the site footer). For US, Canada, and Mexico orders we fulfill locally (US: New Jersey; Canada: Toronto; Mexico: Mexico City). No cross-border fees beyond what’s shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are posted in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (see “Policies” in the footer).
Key points: 30-day money-back, free first size exchange in the US, local returns in US/CA/MX. Original shipping & expedited fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We try to display products, specs, and colors accurately; device settings may vary. Our products are fitness equipment. Use only as intended, follow all instructions, and consult a physician if needed. Misuse may cause injury and void eligibility for returns.
By using rebound boots or participating in workouts, you acknowledge inherent risks of physical activity (including risk of injury). Use good judgment and follow all safety guidance. Nothing on our site is medical advice.
We may offer third-party tools, apps, or links “as is.” Their terms and privacy practices apply. We’re not responsible for third-party content or services.
If you submit reviews, images, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for marketing and operations. Don’t post illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
No unlawful activity; no harassment, infringement, viruses/malware, scraping, or attempts to bypass security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations. Obligations that by their nature survive termination (e.g., payment, limitations, indemnity) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law. Courts located in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Consumers retain any non-waivable rights under local law.
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase and use of the site and supersede prior terms.
