Postage costs and the process of sending the Fit Boots back to us (once approved by our Customer Satisfaction Team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.
Once you have followed the steps and we approved your application, we will send you the return address.
We advise returning the products via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.
Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you will be refunded within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us. - The Money-Back Guarantee is valid on any Fit Boots
- The Fit Boots need to be in good condition and in their original packaging before sending it back.
- Email us photos of your product(s) to support@fit-boots.com with your order number, and we will review your application ASAP.
- All 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving your Fit Boots.
- Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
- If all done, we will refund you the Fit Boots purchase price (at the time of order), once the Fit Boots have been returned to our warehouse.
- Shipping-cost are not refundable.
