Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases from Fit Boots International Limited (“Fit Boots”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
What you get (summary)
- 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Fast remedy: we repair or replace defective parts; if not reasonable, we replace the boots or refund (not above the purchase price).
- Defect shipping: we provide a prepaid return label for approved warranty claims.
- This warranty is for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
North America (US/Canada/Mexico)
Length: 12 months from delivery date.What’s covered: shells, springs/bands, bindings/fasteners, and manufacturing defects under normal use.What’s not covered: normal wear-and-tear, cosmetic damage, misuse/accident, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, loss/theft, and items bought second-hand.How to claim: Email support@fit-boots.com with your order number, photos/video, and a short description. We may ask you to return the item with the prepaid label we provide.What we’ll do: repair or replace defective parts; if repair isn’t reasonable, we replace the boots or refund up to the product price. Note: This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable US/Canadian consumer laws.
Europe (EU & Rest of World)
Length: 12 months commercial warranty from delivery.Your statutory rights: EU consumers also have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Our 12-month warranty is in addition to and does not affect those rights.What’s covered / not covered: same as North America.How to claim: Email support@fit-boots.com with order number, photos/video, and description. We’ll provide a prepaid label for approved defects.Remedy: repair or replace; if not reasonable, replace the boots or refund up to the product price. Non-EU Europe (UK/CH/NO and Rest of World): Duties/taxes already paid to third parties are not refundable by us.
Conditions
- Use the product according to our instructions and safety guidance.
- Warranty claims must be started within the warranty period.
- We may require the product for inspection before a replacement/refund is issued.
