What is the best surface to use them on?

You can use Fit Boots anywhere you would use running shoes. Hardwood floor is best or carpet works well indoors; concrete or asphalt is best outdoors. Grass, sand, or gravel are also possible—just be a bit more careful on uneven ground. Avoid ice and slippery surfaces.

I am not sure which model or size I should use?

Use our size chart as a reference. If you are still unsure, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help you pick the right model based on your shoe size and body weight.

What are the main body parts working during rebounding?

Rebounding is a full-body workout. Your legs, core, glutes, and stabilizing muscles are activated, plus you get a powerful cardio workout. Core is definitely a main one! Being on the boots is like full abs exercise routine without doing any crunchesIt tones your body without adding bulk and also stimulates your lymphatic system to boost immunity.

I’m worried about ankle injuries. Are Fit Boots safe?

Absolutely. Fit Boots are designed like ski boots—your feet and ankles are firmly stabilized, very well protected. The rebound system absorbs impact and keeps you safe. Even beginners feel secure after just a few minutes of use. They don't have a long learning curve, like skating or skiing.

I don’t feel that the boots are bouncy enough.

New boots need to be broken in. Use them for a few minutes and they’ll soften to the perfect bounce. You can also adjust the elastic bands for less resistance by cutting one or more of the elastics. Check our YouTube tutorials for a step-by-step guide, or message us for help.

Do you offer online classes?

Yes! Fit Boots offers a wide range of online classes for all fitness levels. As a special bonus, you can enjoy 30 days of free access to explore different workouts and find the style that suits you best.

Can children use Fit Boots?

How heavy are the boots?

Each boot weighs about 2 kg (4.5 lbs)—similar to ski boots. Most people get used to the weight within a few minutes.

How do I clean and maintain the boots?

Simply wipe them with a damp cloth after outdoor use and sanitize the inner liners. You can always wash the inner liner in a regular cycle. Just don't use the dryer.   Replacement soles, straps, inner liners and bands are available so you can keep your boots in top condition.

Can I use Fit Boots for weight loss?

Yes! Fit Boots burn up to 1,000 calories per hour. They’re one of the most effective, safe, and fun ways to lose weight while protecting your joints. Use them min 3-4 times per week min 20-30 min each time.

What if they don’t fit me or I want to return them?

No problem. You can return or exchange Fit Boots within 30 days, as long as they haven’t been used outdoors. This way, you can try them at home risk-free.

Why are Fit Boots more expensive than regular shoes?

Fit Boots are built to last. With proper care, they can easily be used for up to 10 years. Replacement parts are available and easy to maintain. If you compare this to years of gym memberships or fitness classes, Fit Boots are actually one of the most cost-effective investments in lifelong health and fitness.

Is there scientific proof behind rebounding and Fit Boots?

Yes. Studies from Harvard University, NASA, and other research institutions have shown that rebounding is one of the most effective forms of exercise—burning more calories than running and reducing joint stress. Fit Boots go even further: additional studies show that they can improve bone density and offer greater calorie burn compared to traditional trampolines.
