Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through Fit Boots (“Fit Boots”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping & Delivery (US, Canada, Mexico)

For US, Canada, and Mexico orders, we fulfill locally from our regional warehouses (New Jersey for the US, Toronto for Canada, and Mexico City for Mexico). There are no cross-border fees. You will not be charged anything beyond what’s shown at checkout.

Processing times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri).
During launches or holidays, allow 1 extra business day. Delays will be posted in the site banner.

Delivery estimates

USA (contiguous): UPS/USPS 2–5 business days.
Canada: 2–5 business days.
Mexico: 2–7 business days.
Rest of world: 7–21 business days.

Estimates exclude carrier/weather exceptions.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email once your label is created. Carrier scans usually appear within 24 hours (occasionally up to 48 hours).

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS where eligible. If unavailable for your item, use a street address or a UPS Access Point.

Lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it fast. Email support with your order number and photos within 7 days. We handle the carrier claim.

Customs & duties (orders outside the US, Canada, and Mexico)

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available (DDP). If not, they’re due on delivery.
Refused international packages: refund minus shipping and return costs.
