When I first got my boots they were really stiff but Jamie in customer service was awesome and sent me a video on what to do by cutting the middle band so I could bounce more, and then I had trouble with the straps, but Jamie also comforted me with another video showing how to tighten the buckles properly. I did my first class in them today and they were awesome feeling, the rest of the class was jealous…. I still have to get used to the boots as I have only been doing this class for a few weeks, but they help with my knee issues and don’t cause any more discomfort. Im glad I came across these boots and hope to be bouncing for many years to come. Thanks Jamie and the team for helping and making this experience an enjoyable one.
