My friend sent me a video of a group exercising in FitBoots and I fell in love immediately! I’m 77 years old but am pretty active so couldn’t wait to try these boots out. After scouting around I discovered a class near me in Naples, Florida. The instructor, Vanessa, was wonderful and although it was new to me, I was able to successfully learn to follow the routines. I LOVE rebounding!

When our daughter-in-law visited, I took her to the class and she was a natural! I see FitBoots in her future!
When I visited my niece on Long Island this summer I showed her the video and as a gift to her I had a pair of FitBoots sent to her. She is ready to start a trend near her.

In my Rebound classes I had been renting my FitBoots, but I spend my summers up north near the Grandchildren and there were no classes available so I purchased my own pair of FitBoots and use videos to practice.

My journey with the Fitbit is a little different. I have a mini trampoline upstairs for rebounding and I figured I’d try to fit boots if I wanna try to drain my lymph nodes outside. I’m a disabled American citizen. I have a variety of disabilities, including lipomas. My lymph nodes swallow regularly, and my body has been retaining fluid recently so for me, I thought it would be great to use my boots to walk the dog around my community to help my lymph nodes drain outside. It’s a great option for me to choose to go on my mini trampoline when I’m cold and want to stay indoors or to use my foot boots outside and I know I can use my foot boots inside, but I enjoy using them to walk around the block and enjoy a beautiful day. They’re so fun to use. There’s an nature trail by my house and I love to walk it with the dog, and I have a little mini stroller because my dog can’t walk the whole way so I can keep my fit boots in the bottom with my rollerblades and alternate if I rollerblade with the dog stroller or use fit boots, there’s so many options for me and it makes it more fun to help aid my lymphatic system. I like to be careful because I’m disabled so I always use a helmet and kneepads.

It’s real challenging, it started off shaky and very stiff but when you get the hang of it; it’s fun. What a workout!!

I’ve been searching for a workout that isn’t boring and repetitive and I think I may have finally found it. I’ve only had these boots a few days, but they are fun and you don’t need a long boring workout to sweat and get a good heart rate going. I am not sore afterwards and the boots themselves don’t take too long to get used to. And the customer service was great. They didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock, so they helped me find a size in another colour. Hoping I can keep it up!

Even though I'm still getting used to walking around in my new boots, I absolutely LOVE them! I'm used to roller skating, so balancing isn't too difficult. I can already tell that I will have a lot of fun getting fit with these. 10/10 recommend! Attached is a funny cautionary video of what NOT to do in your new Fit Boots. Well, it wouldn't let me attach the video, but let's just say always be aware of your surroundings & it's not a good idea to walk down stairs as a Fit Boots newbie. 😂😂😂

Experimentei pela 1° vez as botas na Colômbia e digo que fiquei apaixonada, não somente pelo designer que é lindíssimo, mas pela qualidade das peças que compõem o equipamento, elásticos com durabilidade muito maior do que outros que já usei, leveza, conforto.
