This Return & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through Fit Boots (“Fit Boots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Try your Fit Boots at home and in your workouts for 30 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. No forms, no hassle.
Free size exchange (US, CA & MX): Your first size exchange on a boot purchase is free in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
We handle returns locally to remove cross-border friction:
United States: New Jersey warehouse
Canada: Toronto, ON
Mexico: Mexico City (CDMX)
Boots must be in good, re-sellable condition, with all parts/accessories and original packaging. Normal try-on wear is fine; excessive wear, damage, or missing parts are not eligible.
Final sale items, digital products, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective.
Submit your return/exchange request within 30 days of delivery.
Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days using a trackable service.
Email support@fit-boots.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or a size exchange.
We’ll approve and send the correct local return address (US, CA, or MX) and, where applicable, a prepaid label/quote.

Returns for refund: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees and expedited options are non-refundable.
US, CA & MX: first size exchange label is free.
Defective or wrong item: we provide a prepaid label.
After your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund within 24 hours to your original payment method.
Bank/card processing typically takes 3–7 business days to post (Affirm/Klarna/Shop Pay Installments may take 5–10).
If the package is still in transit, we cannot refund until it is delivered to our warehouse.
If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, we’ll replace it fast. Email support with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery attempt. We handle the carrier claim.
For bundle purchases, return all items to receive a full refund. If you keep a promotional gift, we deduct its retail value.
Partial returns on bundles are refunded pro-rata at the bundle’s discounted prices.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery can be re-shipped for the carrier fee or refunded minus original shipping once received back.
The guarantee is designed for genuine trial. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated wear-and-return).
